A 10,000 sq. ft home in Rancho Santa Fe. Built on 4 acres with a barn, riding arena, guesthouse and pastures. Thomas J. Taylor Construction, Inc. managed the project from grading the home, barn and arena, construction and landscaping.

The vision of the owner was to create a home that had the feel of a midwestern farmhouse with extensive horse and riding facilites. The home features exposed timber ceilings, reclaimed yellow pine flooring, soapstone countertops, copper and antique lighting and cedar siding with variable widths.
